Spirit of Osakana is an international Hip-Hop group

consisted of 2 MCs and 2 musical composers.

- I.M.O, MC from Atlanta (Georgia, U.S)

- Wakao, MC from Tokyo (Japan)

- Nezah°, music producer and MC from Metz (France)

- Simon, music producer and MC from Tamaris (France)

I.M.O contacted me thanks to Ikage,

an internet musician friend we have in common.
 

We started with a few drafts & demos,

but at the beginning my electronic sounds

were not fitting the Hip-Hop roots of I.M.O.

We took our time.

We've started composing January 2024,

before releasing our first album in January 2025!

We reached multiple dreams we had :

- making a featuring with a musician that had

created music with Nujabes, our favourite musician :
we invited Akin Yai (former CYNE member)

and he honored us by being featured on the album.

- creating a cover by an artist related

to the Hyde Out Productions label :

Fujita Jiro (FJD) made the cover of our first album.
He made a cover for a Nujabes album,

and also for the first two albums of Uyama Hiroto.
- we invited our friends on the project,

and received two fantastic remixes by Quintus King.

Now, for our second album..
Dreams get bigger than ever.

We received Substantial,

a MC whose first album was composed by Nujabes.

We received Seven Star, a MC connected

to Botanica Del Jibaro and Project Mooncircle.

Last but not least, we received E-Turn

and three friends of us made remixes for the album,

coming from Indonesia, Taiwan and South Korea.

​The cover artwork has been made by Umisida,

an illustrator who's developing her first inde video game.
